Access to the town centre on foot, 80metres from the house is direct acces to the footpath ( old railway line between Dinard and Dinan). Less than 5 minutes to get to the market place or the Beach L’ecluse by car. The beach ‘Le prieurié’, the equestrian centre, the port breton park and the promenade ‘le clair de lune’ are all accessible on foot (around 15 minutes).
